UnBiased 3rd Party Review of TBA2 UNCENSORED

TBA2 300x222 UnBiased 3rd Party Review of TBA2 UNCENSORED.

I had to review a company that is creating a stir on many social media sites with it’s members spamming groups and everyone they’ve friended.  TBA2 is seemingly everywhere!  So who are they and what’s with this $25 MLM?  I’ve looked into this company as well as their comp plan and rather than pick it apart piece by piece, I’ll talk about the important things.

First, here are their claims:

!00% free to join

80% payout

No advancement

No Selling

TBA2 or “The Bold Approach 2” is owned by TBA out of Trussville, Alabama.  TBA has a “B” rating with the Better Business Bureau and has 11 complaints filed in the last 36 months, that’s not bad and should make you feel good about how they do business.  TBA is owned by Fred Fitts touted in promotional video’s as a speaker, trainer and author.  I can’t tell you much about Mr. Fitts as my research didn’t really turn much of anything up either positive, negative or in between.  TBA is a company that is world wide and is very similar to TBA2.  The biggest difference being the start up costs and monthly fee’s.  TBA 2 is being marketed as bringing back simplicity to the MLM industry.  Yes this is a simple business model with a simple comp plan but is simple best?

The highest paying MLM companies aren’t using a basic com plan like TBA2 is using.  Simple doesn’t mean that everyone is going to make money either, so don’t be fooled by simplicity.  The top producers will make most of the money, this isn’t any different that any other MLM or for that matter any other business in general  In every business just a few people make the big bucks, that’s life, period.  No different than in any other business on earth.

TBA2 is essentially a program where you pay out $25 and you receive $5 back for each person you’ve signed up.  The product is a self development ebook by Fred Fitts.  I’ve never read this ebook so I can’t attest to it’s value, but self development is important in everyone’s life.  People should work to become better people, better husbands, better wives, parents, examples, etc.  My personal recommendation as a first read self development book is the Bible, because when you break it down all self development books are derived from it in one way or another.  In the future I plan to post a list of my recommended reading for building your business.

TBA2 also boasts about fast money, everyone is at the same level, no legs, no cycles, no this, no that, easy, easy, easy….  Ok, let’s get real for a minute.  Easy?  Nothing worth while is easy.  Do you really think that you can build a six figure income the easy way?  It takes work to make six figures no matter what business you are in so don’t think that you’ll ever find an easy way of doing it.

Everyone is on the same level?  Ok, I get it and understand it however it’s a communist way of thinking and I don’t mean that negatively.  Communism was designed so that everyone had the same level of statu25bux 300x227 UnBiased 3rd Party Review of TBA2 UNCENSOREDs and we all know how well that worked for the Soviets.  In my experience having a goal is how most folks become motivated and let’s face it, people like recognition.  That’s why a company can give a person a “title” in stead of a raise in salary and that person is happy!

So when you initially look at TBA2 it looks like a great concept, but when an experienced network marketer digs into it to uncover the nuts and bolts, is it a business that is going to attract very many if any, professional network marketers.  The real test of a great opportunity is to look around and see if it’s attracted any of the heavy hitters of the MLM industry.  I’d like to see a few 6 and 7 figure earners from other companies who have jumped on board with TBA2 because I question whether this is a business that can and will create the residual wealth being claimed.  This isn’t to say that you can’t make money with TBA2 because it does look like you could make some money.

Free Button2 300x300 UnBiased 3rd Party Review of TBA2 UNCENSOREDMy conclusion is that TBA2 is a simple business with a simple compensation plan but making a large residual income is not as easy as claimed.  If you’ve never been involved in MLM before then TBA2 might be a fit for you, but if you’ve had some experience you should take a deeper look and make certain that this is exactly what it is that you are looking to build.

Network Marketing Success

network marketing success Network Marketing SuccessNetwork Marketing Success can be achieved by following a simple approach that begins with selecting the right company to join. Most people at this particular step decide on a company for all of the wrong reasons. There are some key things to look for if you plan to make serious money for your efforts and not all companies are alike at this level.

Choosing a company is based on several things and these include in no particular order; products, retail price of the products, retail profit on the products, market size, the company ownership, owners experience in the MLM industry, company debt, compensation plan, start up cost, company support, training and the upline leadership. Let’s review these 1 by 1 and break them down.

1. The Product – Obviously this is critical because without a good one, you aren’t going anywhere. It needs to be unique and unavailable in the traditional marketplace, or at least very difficult to find. It has to be something that people have a demand for and need.

2. Retail Price – If the product is significantly more than what you would buy a similar product in the store for this will be a challenge for many people to overcome. You can use the old, “but this has a business attached to it” line, however this won’t work with most people and it can certainly hurt your ability to gain retail customers.

3. Retail Profit – This is the amount of money that you put in your pocket when selling the product. In the traditional retail market the profit that a store makes is anywhere from 25 to 50% depending on the item. If you aren’t making around 20% retail profit with your network marketing product, you need to look elsewhere.

4. Market Size – How great is the market for your product and how competitive is that market? Having a niche market with little to no competition is tremendous and if you are fortunate enough to have first mover advantage you had better fasten your seat belt and get to work because you have found the “Holy Grail” of the mlm industry.

4. Company Ownership – Who owns the company? Is it a privately held company or is it held by a corporation?

5. Owners Experience – Are the owners experienced as successful top income network marketers or are they MLM failures who thought that having their own company would be the method to succeed? Without knowing how to make the big money in MLM, the company is already starting off on the wrong foot. Many experienced owners bring a passion for the business and the people in network marketing and they know how it changes lives because they’ve helped many.

6. Company Debt – Is this company debt free or are they leveraged up to their eyeballs? It is very common in MLM for a company to be operating debt free so if they aren’t this should send up a red flag.

7. Compensation Plan – This is where the rubber meets the road. There are poor plans, good plans and great plans and they all claim to have the best in the industry. I have my personal favorites and my least favorites and here is a list of them.

Uni-Level Plan – This is the traditional “pyramid” shape that typically pays from about 5 to 9 levels deep but in a few companies it actually pays quite deeper. This can be a good plan when it pays down 7 levels or more.

Forced Matrix – I am not a fan of this pay plan however some would not agree with me. The advantage of this plan is spillover and lots of it, but this doesn’t mean that you can sign up and it will be simple to make money, you still need to do something if you intend to profit.

Infinity Bonus – Primarily used with matrix comp plans. You can earn down an Infinite number of Levels however it is possible to be blocked by someone on a lower level if they also qualifiy.

Fast Start Bonus – This is an additional incentive to sponsor more people.

Breakaway Plans – In this plan you build a group to a specific size and that group breaks away from you and you recieve a small commission on the entire group volume.

Binary Plan – I used to dislike these plans because they only paid on the smaller leg but since then I found 1 company that pays on both legs and I became a fan. Also, the largest check ever in the MLM industry was from a binary pay plan.

Coded Matching Bonus – This is a bonus received by the upline for work done by the downline.

Foundation Matching Bonus – A bonus paid on a non pay leg.

Bonus Pool – This is a shared bonus pool between all of the high achievers of the company.

8. Start Up Cost – How much is the enrollment fee and what do you get for this? Are there any more fee’s and how much can you make from starting up new representatives who purchase a starter kit? In some plans there is no money for getting a new person started because you need to move product in order to make money in MLM and some MLM’s either have no product in the started kit or there is such a low registration fee that they can’t give them any product. If a new person joins because it’s free or inexpensive you chances of success decrease dramatically. When entering into the network marketing industry you need to have a reasonable start up fee, usually from $400 to $1000 and an incentive for the sponsor, usually around $100 – $200. In this way you can make some up front money and become profitable very quickly, this retains reps because without a profit, most people will quit within 90 days.

9. Company Support – How long does it take for product delivery and how long before you have access to your pay? Do they pay monthly, biweekly, weekly or daily? How do they pay, check, direct deposit, pay card?

10. Training – Does the company have a training system? Experienced MLM owners know how important a training system is however all of them are not created equal. My previous company was owned by former successful reps in MLM but they hadn’t built a business in the last 15 years so the training was old and dated and they looked at the internet as something that couldn’t help you build an organization. Make certain that your training system is cutting edge.

11. Upline Leadership – Is your upline actively building a business and if not, do they have someone upline that they can refer you to for help? Does it matter who signs you up? Actually, no it doesn’t! It means very little to sign up with the company’s top dog like many people think, you won’t receive anything more than you would if you came in 100 levels deep in that organization. That’s the beauty of this industry, it doesn’t make a difference where you come into the business, you still have the same opportunity for success as anyone.

My previous experiences in network marketing have taught me that when selecting a company there are some key elements to consider if you plan on building a large business and make the big checks. I’ve learned that it’s much more difficult to build a large organization with an older company than is is with a younger one. Years ago I was with one of the oldest companies in the industry and I was too inexperienced to realize that the company had already surpassed it’s momentum stage of growth, even though they were still seeing monumental growth in other countries, here in the USA they had flattened. I worked hard and struggled to build an organization. I later learned that one of my acquaintances who had built an enormous organization in that company and was making a 7 figure income had left and gone on to another company. So had his brother and another rep with a very large business. A few years later I ran into him and found out that he was now making nearly 7 figures in his second MLM company! Now that got my attention and I had lots of questions.

What I learned from him was that he entered his first company at a stage when they were in a niche market with insignificant competition. He built his business and then the company went into their momentum stage of growth and his income just began to multiply with very little effort. He began to take it easy and enjoy life for a few years. Even though the company had gone flat his income continued to grow because of the international business that was still growing fast. He learned of an opportunity with a new company in a niche market with little competition and both he and his brother joined as did the other rep that I mentioned earlier. The company went into momentum and his income exploded once again. He told me that I needed to find a niche market with little competition and a company with first mover advantage. This is critical! If the company is the first one with first mover advantage and they are built right, success should come with the correct effort. When I say first mover it doesn’t mean that this is the first company to sell the new super juice squeezed from a pine cone or the newest weight loss pill derived from frog eggs, it must be far more substantial than that.

Don’t choose a company with limitations otherwise you limit your possibility for achievement. This is why I’ve only ever looked at companies with the ability to grow internationally as well as nationally. If you plan to work to grow your business you want to have the ability to see it grow for decades and if that is to happen, you need it to wrap around the globe. I’ve also been asked if you should choose a company because of your personal interest in the products. Yes, but only if all of the other things are in alignment. If not, just buy the product for your own use and build a company that will make you money. I use other MLM companies products and I am not building those businesses and there is surely nothing wrong with that.

There is only 1 network marketing company that is currently in a niche market with zero Competition and has first mover advantage. It also has the richest pay plan ever seen and meets all of the above requirements. See it here, just watch this video. You will need to approve the app to access your computer in order to watch.
